Weekly Forecast for February 24 - March 2 2025

Note:  the dates in this forecast are for Pacific to Eastern time.

Unless I provide a specific timeframe, we’ll feel the energies 24-72 hours in advance of the date I mention (the date when the planetary alignment is exact).  They will be gaining in strength as they approach the date.  We will also feel them for 24-48 hours after, but they will be losing strength with each passing hour.

OK let's start with the good news.  After nearly 2.5 months in retrograde, Mars is finally direct!  In fact, for the first part of this week - from Feb. 24 to Feb. 28 - all the planets are direct.  Traditionally, it's a helpful period when you can get a lot accomplished.  But, we're getting ready for the New Moon on Feb. 27, so the first part of the week - until Thursday - is best for wrapping up ongoing projects (not initiating new ones).

And, the New Moon in Pisces this week is extra special.  It's the last New Moon in our lifetime when Neptune (the planet of manifestation) is also in Pisces! Neptune is about to enter Aries, on March 30...  So take advantage of this sweet burst of manifestation energy while you can.

And then - not to depress you - Venus turns retrograde on March 1.   March 1 - April 12 is not the greatest time for a marriage proposal, a wedding, or to start a new relationship.  New projects related to the beautification of yourself or your home could face delays or issues.  And, purely elective cosmetic procedures could bring unwanted results, so reschedule any interventions after Venus turns direct on April 12. Venus Retrograde is a great time though to renew your vows and, most importantly, to consider what truly maters to you in relationships.

Retrogrades are hitting the beginning of 2025 non-stop.... Mercury will be turning retrograde in March, too, on March 15.

✨  Feb. 24, 4:45 p.m. to Feb. 27, 4:45 p.m. PST Balsamic Moon

This is one of those times in the Lunar Cycle when starting anything new is not to your advantage.

The Balsamic Moon is our time to tie up loose ends for the month, in preparation to plant seeds for new beginnings on the upcoming New Moon.  Get an extra hour of rest if you can.  Donate those old clothes you know you're not going to wear again. Unsubscribe from mailing lists you never read.

And, if you need to wrap up an ongoing project, take advantage of an Opportunity Period, happening between  Feb. 24, 12:41 a.m. to 7:28 p.m. PST.

Opportunity Periods are when the stars align just right, aiding specific undertakings.  And this one, with the Moon waning in industrious Capricorn, is great for wrapping up ongoing projects.

✨ Feb. 25:  Mercury conjunct Saturn

A good day for having serious conversations, signing contracts or making business commitments you want to last. But, some unexpected surprises are possible, too.

Feb. 27, 4:45 p.m. PST:  New Moon in Pisces

It's a great New Moon to ask the Universe for artistic or spiritual inspiration, connecting with your intuition, and being open to receive Divine guidance.   Read more about this extra-special New Moon here

✨  Feb. 28:  Waxing Moon in Pisces aaaand....an Opportunity Period!

Imagination and intuition are high, especially when the Moon aligns with Neptune.  It's a very good day for spiritual pursuits and emotional healing.

And, even better, the planets align into an Opportunity Period! It lasts from Feb. 28, 3:32 p.m. to March 1, 12:05 a.m. PST.

Book a Tarot reading. Work with crystals. Meditate.

✨ March 1:  Venus Turns retrograde

✨ March 2:  Mercury conjunct Neptune;  the Sun square Jupiter

People can promise more than they can deliver today.  If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is.  On the plus side, it's a great day for writers!

This Week's Recommendation is...a Tarot Deck!

This deck makes me think of Pisces Season... I have it, and I love it.  The Ryder-Waite deck is my primary deck, because it's so pragmatic and brutally honest.  But the Light Seer's deck is something different altogether.

It gives you amazingly profound answers that transcend the mundane. It's the deck I use for one of my best-seller readings,  "Am I at the Right Place in Life?

I love everything about it.  From the rich imagery to the luxurious feel of it in my hand....
